This blog originally was my umpteenth attempt at jouranling about my mental health and life in general, but it evolved into mostly an advocacy blog. I am a mental health inpatient and have been since 2007. The original reason was a crisis, but six years later I'm still not sure where to get proper treatment and support. Result: I'm still in the institution. My current diagnoses are autism and borderline personality disorder. Previous diagnoses include adjustment disorder, dissociative identity disorder and PTSD.

Besides autistic and mentally ill, I am blind and have other minor issues that don't have labels, like a mild motor impairment. I am a wannabe disability and mental health activist.

Other than a mental health consumer and disability advocate, I am a crafter, a writer, a feminist, a seeker in terms of spirituality and a lefty politically. If you disagree with my views, that's fine with me.
